Overview
Virgil Starkwell is intent on becoming a notorious bank robber. Unfortunately for Virgil and his not-so-budding career, he is completely incompetent.
There were some funny scenes in this movie but at the end of the day it was really just a Woody Allen monologue set to an old-time newsreel. It was almost like an episode of Family Guy but with a lower frequency of jokes.
