I saw this film in the theaters when it came out and enjoyed it. It is always interesting to go back and see these kinds of movies again now that my appreciation for good movies has grown (and now that Slater isn’t a huge star). The movie is written by Tarantino and his markings are everywhere, especially in the dialog. The scene between Hopper and Walken is a classic and unfortunately it might be the high point of the film. Still, I enjoyed it even if it was a little anti-climactic.
