Overview
An exhausted, workaholic actress, Anna Baskin, 44, abruptly extricates herself from a successful but mind-numbing TV role, returning to her past life in New York to reinvent herself.
I have to be honest -20 minutes in I wanted to bail on the movie. It was not compelling and – despite the tag lines – I didn’t feel any real anguish from the lead character. As the film went along and the secondary characters were introduced things improved quite a bit. I actually thought the story lines of the other characters were more interesting especially when you reconsider the title of the film. All in all it was a decent watch.
