June, Adrift
It's never too late to hit reset and try to find happiness. Failures are inevitable, but rebounds are possible.
Overview
Three millennial women decide to impulsively build a sailboat
The positives: the main character is very charismatic and she is able to pull the movie through some of the rougher spots. Also, the ending is appropriate. The negatives: some of the attempts and conflict and drama are downright painful. Also, like so many other indies it sometimes struggles with scenes where the plot isn’t moved forward. Overall it is a decent watch if you have it on in the background but it is forgotten as the credits roll.
