Overview
Driven by an intense need for fame and validation, members of a dysfunctional Hollywood family are chasing celebrity, one another and the relentless ghosts of their pasts.
I heard about this film because Julianne Moore was getting some Oscar buzz for her performance and that it compared to that of Cate Blanchet in last year’s Woody Allen film (she was good but nowhere near Blanchet). I didn’t expect much from it but I ended up really enjoying it.
