This movie feels like a short that was inflated to be a movie.  No joke – this movie could have been 15 minutes and the audience wouldn’t have missed a thing.  And the setup is weird – the husband is said to be a philanderer in the description, but he is really just someone that fell out of love with his wife.  It didn’t merit the ten minutes of painful dialog.   As it turns out, that was the good part of the movie.  To make it even sadder, this was Adrienne Shelly’s last credit, and it might be the project that ended Meg Ryan’s career as an A-list actor.
