A free-spirited woman "kidnaps" a yuppie for a weekend of adventure. But the fun quickly takes a dangerous turn when her ex-con husband shows up.
I really enjoyed the first two thirds of this movie. I particularly enjoyed the back-and-forth playfulness between the two leads – it was mysterious and fun and it very much felt like we were on the weird trip with them. The movie changed later on with the introduction of new characters and the tone also changed. I didn’t hate the event leading up to the ending…. I just wished it had been something different. I wanted to like the whole movie equally.
