Overview
One man’s journey to find meaning in Bill Murray’s many unexpected adventures with everyday people, rare and never-before seen footage of the comedic icon participating in stories previously presumed to be urban legend.
Before watching this film I said to my wife that I thought that if I were to make a top ten list of people that I would like to have dinner with Bill Murray would absolutely be included. A few years ago I watched The Razor’s Edge and that led me to do a fair amount of reading on Murray. While you probably think that you know what this documentary is about (and for the most part you are right) it is really so much more. The stories about Murray surprising people around the world have been the stuff of legend for years and resulted in us assuming that while Murray was somehow inaccessible because he would be gone within a blink of an eye. However I think the opposite is true – he is completely accessible and we need to access an area that he appears to have mastered. This documentary is actually profound.
