This film feels like a rom com run through a Christmas and indie movie lenses (those looking for something akin to a Hallmark movie are going to be disappointed). Brittany Snow is the emotional center of this film, and she does a great job keeping it together as she excels in these kinds of roles. While it isn’t a traditional Christmas movie, I do like the telling of a different kind of story set with a Christmas backdrop.
