Overview
Jenna is a pregnant, unhappily married waitress in the deep south. She meets a newcomer to her town and falls into an unlikely relationship as a last attempt at happiness.
This quirky little comedy is really a mixed bag. The cast is excellent and at times the dialogue is ok. While it does have a certain amount of charm much of it felt like an off-beat Hallmark movie (if such a thing ever existed) and very amateurish. I have a feeling that many treated this film with kid gloves out of respect for the writer/director/co-star that was brutally murdered right before the film opened.
