While watching this film, I was thoroughly enjoying myself.  There are numerous fabulous actors and a tight script.  After chewing on it a bit, I wonder if the style might have made it feel a little meatier than it really is.  For example, there really isn’t anything for the viewer to solve.  Sure, they do wrap up some items towards the end in a scene right out of Sherlock Holmes, but it never felt like a big mystery was wrapped up.   About halfway through the movie, I thought that they were going in a different direction.  I had thought that were trying to pull a “Sixth Sense” reveal where George was really the bad guy and had manufactured the whole thing.  Think about it – they went out of their way to make him a man of integrity, and he spoke very little.  I think it would have been a fabulous twist and possibly a better movie.
