Overview
Following a bomb scare in the 1960s that locked the Webers into their bomb shelter for 35 years, Adam now ventures forth into Los Angeles to obtain food and supplies for his family, and a non-mutant wife for himself.
This movie feels like it was a made with a script that was half done. The beginning of the film is actually fairly decent but that could be the result of it being carried by two legendary actors (Walken and Spacek). The movie really drags towards the middle because of a stagnant script and mediocre acting by Silverstone. Everything picks up towards the end but then… the ending. It is just terrible. I would have had more respect for it if the actors just looked into the camera and said that they were tired and wanted to go home.
