While the movie is loosely based on a true story, the main reason to watch this film is to watch a collection of superior actresses work together.   I think that the first half of the film was far more interesting, probably because that is the heart of the actual story.   I don’t know that the story necessitated a Hollywood movie, but I enjoyed my time with these actresses.
