Greener Grass

I can’t remember the last time that I watched a movie that was this unique.  The movie is a rather black comedy (not unlike Happiness) that is meant to satirize suburbia.  It’s weird and twisted but not to a fault.  I laughed out loud many times but not from typical Hollywood movie scenes where they ramp up for the big comedic moment.  At no point is the crazy world that they live in acknowledged (very similar to Airplane).  If you prefer Hollywood comedies I recommend you stay far away from this movie.  It’s weird and strange and if you are willing to accept what it is selling you’ll be in for a good experience.
