Overview
After her fiance is falsely imprisoned, a pregnant African-American woman sets out to clear his name and prove his innocence.
This is one of those movies that could act as a litmus test for people that like good movies. This movie does something that is really difficult to do: it does an amazing job of demonstrating the complexities of race relations, and it does so without being heavy-handed. The movie is ultimately about love. The film is beautiful.
