Overview
After his impetuous musician girlfriend, Samantha, dies in an accident shortly after they had a fight (and nearly broke up), Ian Wyndham, a grief-stricken British businessman living in London gets a chance to relive the day all over again, in the hope of changing the events that led up to her getting killed.
Have we seen this movie before? Yes and no. There is a bit of a new twist in this movie (the finite time element) that is different than what we have seen in other movies like Groundhog Day. The male lead is excellent, while JLH gives an up-and-down performance (she is MUCH better in dramatic scenes than she is in comedic scenes). I know that this movie isn’t breaking any new ground…. I really enjoyed it.
