I only recently discovered director Bong Joon-ho and I am absolutely loving his work. This film was really interesting as it served as both a character study (the cops) and a crime drama/thriller. To see the various parts of the story unfold was truly entertaining. I can’t wait to see this rest of this director’s work.

Movie description: 1986 Gyunggi Province. The body of a young woman is found brutally raped and murdered. Two months later, a series of rapes and murders commences under similar circumstances.
