Overview
Three young men bond together to escape volatile families in their Rust Belt hometown. As they face adult responsibilities, unexpected revelations threaten their decade-long friendship.
This documentary is the story of a group of (mostly) young men that are brought together by a love of skateboarding. Or rather, maybe the need for skateboarding. As the story goes on we begin to realize that what we thought the film was about wasn’t what the film was about. I was really amazed (and in some ways not amazed) by where the story ended up. The director did a fantastic job telling his story and the story of those around him. Bravo.
