I had heard good things about this movie from people that I generally trust. You may have heard this storyline before but Seth Rogen plays a mall cop that thinks he owns the world and that the mall is his territory. When a perv starts to terrorize the mall by flashing women in the parking lot, Rogen takes it personally. I’d say that this movie was better than any Hollywood comedy that I’ve seen in a long time but that isn’t saying much. It straddled the line between being a mainstream comedy and being a dark comedy but was never really either of them. I almost would have preferred that it did cross into the dark comedy genre like Hott Fuzz did. Once again, worth the time (there were some generally funny moments) but nothing that is going to make you forget Animal House.
