Overview
Will Henry is a newly single graphic novelist balancing being a parent to his young twin daughters and teaching a classroom full of college students, all the while trying to navigate the rich complexities of new love and letting go of the woman who left him.
I have long had a theory about music that you hear in a coffee shop. You’ve probably know what I mean – you walk into a coffee shop or restaurant and in the corner you hear someone playing acoustic guitar and you think “that’s pleasant”. I felt the same way about this movie – while I didn’t really care that much about what happened on screen and there wasn’t anything that dramatic happening, the presence of likable characters made me think that the movie was pleasant. It’s a breezy watch that was pretty forgettable once it ends.
