Overview
A career driven professional from Manhattan is wooed by a young painter, who also happens to be the son of her psychoanalyst.
While I enjoyed this film a bit more than I thought I would, it was really nothing special. Not surprisingly, it works best when Thurman and Streep are on screen and not as well when they aren’t. It does a decent job investigating many themes, and I think it nailed the ending.
