Overview
Chris wants to show girlfriend Tina his world, but events soon conspire against the couple and their dream caravan holiday takes a very wrong turn.
This is a classic “won’t be for everyone” type of film. If this movies appeals to you, it will probably because it shifts in and out of different genres, sometimes even in the same scene. Admittedly, it took me a bit to warm up to the film. At first I thought that I wanted to like it more than I did, and then I realized that I did like it. Towards the end of the film, I thought that they had really made something unique. It is a dark (and I mean, dark) comedy, but it never remains anchored to the vulnerability exhibited by Alice Lowe, who is excellent in this role.
