Overview
Returning to the house where his family was brutally murdered during the war, "the man who refuses to die" dismantles it, loads it on a truck, and is determined to rebuild it somewhere safe in their honor. When the commander who killed his family comes back hellbent on finishing the job, a relentless, eye-popping cross-country chase ensues.
I’ve read some of the reviews of this movie and I probably agree with all of the criticisms. The movie is absurd and completely over-the-top with some of the action scenes. It also has plot holes. And it is also absolutely glorious. My family and I rarely say anything during movies, and we were laughing and cheering during the whole film. I don’t know that I have ever had a better time watching a movie. Despite-all of the over-the-top action sequences, it is the human spirit that shines through.
