Overview
On the eve of his wedding, a successful writer travels around the country to meet up with ex-lovers in an attempt to make amends for his wrongdoings.
While the parallels to High Fidelity are obvious, this film pales in comparison to that movie. This film felt more like a vehicle for the female actors to be able to stretch out inside of a role than anything else. Yes, the commentary on relationships and the protagonist is important. But having to hear the same version of the same story five times? C’mon. And some of the performances are outright dreadful (I am looking at you, Zoe Kazan).
