This movie isn’t necessarily a slow burn, it is more of a slow…. melt? Think of it as a movie with a high floor and a low ceiling. Is this a great movie? No, not by any stretch of the imagination. It could have used a little more conflict. But the script is decent and the three leads are excellent – I could think of worse ways to pass 90 minutes.
