Overview
Escaping post-war Europe, visionary architect László Toth arrives in America to rebuild his life. On his own in a strange new country, a wealthy industrialist recognizes his talent. But power and legacy come at a heavy cost...
The could be considered it to be a bit of an epic. Maybe not quite Lawrence of Arabia, but it does end pretty far from where it started. I was a bit surprised to see the movie go in the direction that it does later in the film, but whatever. The acting was really good and the story was interesting. I want to love it as much as I admire it, but I don’t think that it quite got there.
