Overview
Discover Martin Mull's restless reinvention from smoky folk clubs to primetime sitcoms to gallery walls, told in his own words and by the friends who watched it happen, including Steve Martin, Tom Waits, David Alan Grier and others.
The documentary does a fantastic job portraying this unique, talented and complicated man. The stars that showed up to offer testimonials is impressive and underlines how well respected Mull was amongst his peers. Of course, his peers spanned several art forms, which is amazing.
